Saturday, October 15, 2016 - Extremely fresh and lively. Ripe yellow apple with pleasant and approachable citrus. Some brioche developing and a little eggy. Rich, dense, and supremely flavourful on the palate. Subtle backbone of smoke too, but just barely. Like this even more with more air time, traces of reductive sulphur. Always a special bottle.
