Sunday, January 23, 2011 - This is kind of fascinating. There's that briny rainwater thing going on, but there's also something of an old vine sappiness now that the wine has been open ~5 hours. It's an interesting juxtaposition that a few years in the cellar has brought out. Really nice; serves as a great reminder to drink more Muscadet- young, old, and in between.
