Thursday, May 31, 2007 - Open the bottle and pour a glass. Recork and put in fridge for 24 hours. Remove from fridge and allow it to warm to cellar temp. Enjoy!
Good enough on day one but a Wow on day two.
Seriously, its drinkable now but really needs air. The 2004 Briords is even tighter and never reached its potential despite nursing a bottle along over 4 days recently.
