Friday, August 1, 2008 - With grilled oysters at Ft Flagler. A fantastic bottle that was very open and expressive. Transparent, rocky, briny, citrusy fruit. So much material and dry extract that the high acidity is almost buried and unnoticeable. Just terrific wine, in a very good drinking place at the moment.
