Sunday, September 21, 2014 - Had with Sunday roast lamb and beef. No formalized notes. Decanted for 1 hr and consumed over next two. Surprisingly still vibrant in colour meaning still lots of life left. Smooth tannins little on the nose but pleasant to drink.
