Saturday, June 26, 2021 - Onion skin color. Barely any bubbles like a rich still rose. Dried red date, prune apricot, honey syrup, nutty with hint of marzipan. Palate with refreshimg acidity, toffee, caramelised sour plum and honey notes. Round and Delicious.
