Monday, November 28, 2022 - Quite shy at first, then a subtle blend of garrigue strawberry and leather on the nose, with some blackberry and spices in the background. In the mouth, a thick, velvety blend of blackberry and wild strawberry, cinnamon and nutmeg appearing midpalate, before a fairly long finish. Not bad at all but still rather monolithic, I liked the overall balance and mouthfeel but it still needs a good five years - it was much better on the third night.
