Thursday, February 17, 2011 - Decanted for 2hrs.. Nose of dark fruits, cassis, and hints of floral. Even maybe a bit of coffee notes finish off the nose. The tannins are a bit overpowering at first but mellow out exceptionally well in the glass. Medium body with a long finish. Very good Pauillac. Nothing great. Give it a few more years for the tannins to completely come into balance.
