Thursday, January 1, 2015 - Sehr schöne Pauillac Nase. Hat sein Trinkfenster erreicht. Mittlere Struktur, Frucht immer noch leicht vorhanden. Am Ende wirkt der ein bisschen trocken und es sind leicht grüne Noten zu erkennen.
Meine Kritik ist auf hochem Niveau, darf sie aber bei einem PC auch sein.
Ich bevorzuge den 2001er, aber dies ist nicht nur bei PC so.
Pontet Canet 2002, 91/100 trinken bis 2020

Very nice Pauillac nose. Has his drinking window reached. Medium structure, fruit still easily available. At the end of the act a bit dry and it is easy to recognize green notes.
My criticism is on high level, but it must be with a PC too.
I prefer the 2001's, but not only for PC.
