Wednesday, April 1, 2009 - I put this wine together with a Poyferré 2003 in a blind tasting (and some other wines) - and expected it to be run over. This wine surprised everyone at the table! Clear second wine of the night (after Poyferré). Very concentrated, slightly green notes (which I have no problem with), cedar wood. Aristocratic, minerally with a long slightly tannic finish. In a few years time this might gain a point or two.
