Wednesday, May 9, 2012 - Did a pop and pour which was a mistake. Best to decant for an hour. Certainly not showing its age this wine should improve over the next few years and hold for another 5-10 years. I love what mike does with the jemrose fruit and look forward to the evolution of this wine over the years.
