Monday, October 17, 2011 - Light golden color, nose initially still tight, but palate still fresh and amazing, full of hazelnuts, toast and yeast. The nose caught up after an hour, wow all the nuts and fresh citrus fruits! Amazing complexity and freshness for a 40 years white wine!
