Tuesday, November 14, 2017 - This bottle was very different than my last bottle and more consistent with a bottle consumed in 2015. Great aromatics with spicy currant, sous bois, smoke, and great acidity and tannin balance on the palate with currant, cinnamon, and strawberries. A lengthy persistent finish with great viscosity and mouthfeel.

Sad this was my last bottle but happy with the performance. A bottle that showed the 2003 Burgs still can be elegant and age worthy.
