Saturday, January 22, 2011 - Wish I had bought two cases instead of one. Dense, peppery, integrated fruit; just a terrific glass of wine. Was even better on day 2, suggesting that it's got another 10 years in front of it. What $30 Aussie shiraz should aspire to be.
