Wednesday, February 15, 2017 - This wine was outstanding, as Ellner always is. We had it, for our (belated) Valentine's Day dinner, with duck cracklings that I made as an appetizer. Charles Ellner Champagnes are difficult for us to acquire here in KY, but if we had easy access to them, we would scarcely consider wines from any other sparkling wine producer....
