Saturday, February 20, 2010 - Consumed over three nights. Moderately dark for a pinot. Nice nose of mixed fruit and herb. Light tannins, some acidity. Decent complexity, maybe a little muddy. Medium-short finish. A nice wine, but not exciting.

I think Rhys is a great introduction to the impact of whole cluster vinification. Less fruit and more complexity that your typical Cali pinot.
