Monday, December 6, 2010 - Surprisingly delicate, which is another way of saying it was too light for a ribeye roast. I would drink it with chicken, pork, or even salmon next time. It was very nice though. It has nice rose petal, tea, and queen anne cherry flavors complented with residual oak. Nicely balanced but I think it is beginning to fade so drink it up.
