Tuesday, March 1, 2022 - PNP. Red/black color, minimal signs of age. Red cherry, spice, soil and a menthol element on the nose. Medium weight palate, ripe but not overly sweet. The palate has good energy, mild extraction for a Vogue, good energy and a bit silky. Mild tannins and structure on the finish. This is a competent burgundy, well made but lacking fireworks and excitement. One of the better 06s from my experience.
