93 Points

Tuesday, January 6, 2009 - Huge bouquet of fresh cut wild flowers, vanilla toast and freshly crushed raspberry. There is nothing subtle about the oak in this wine, but it's so well integrated into the fabric that it is not intrusive but a very positive thing. The fruit content is massive, and it's so jammy without being flabby or soft, an absoloutely delicious wine that got better with every sip. Drink now or hold.
