Friday, December 23, 2022 - Tonight this wine is outstanding. My best yet (only 2 bottles remaining from a case purchase direct from the winery. Stored at 57 degrees). Cork was perfect. Good God I love this wine. Decanted 2 hours for sediment. Everything in balance and based on this bottle, wine has the potential to improve! I could just keep my nose in the stem all night...
