good fill level despite all that.
Decanted for 30 min, tasted over 3hours.
Medium sediment, needs straining

V: garnet, with slight orange at meniscus. Some deposit.
N:Mature bouquet, iron, meatiness, earthiness.
Palate is lean, nice flavours, but tastes dilute. Unsatisfying.
Could be the bottle condition but i doubt it played a dominant role.
Just a bit ordinary for an hermitage that’s just hitting its maturity plateau.

Drink or hold to 2028, limited upside imho.
