Sunday, April 25, 2010 - Last year's trip to Provence and the Med gave us a taste for Rose as a delightful accompaniment to cheese and cold cuts.
This little number comes from the old Roman city of Orange.
Very easy drink. A couple of ice cubes to get it to the temperature at which we were served it in Cannes. Nose is somewhat similar to a Sauvignon Blanc. This one will be gone within the hour!
