Saturday, July 3, 2010 - This wine is a few years away but there is no reason not to drink it now. One of the most remarkably beautiful noses on a wine ever - crushed rock, lavender and raw meat. On the palate, slightly lighter in style than traditional CDP but lush, gorgeous and finishing long. I am so happy to have several bottles of this to taste over the years as it matures. Decanted for 4 hours, but the nose early was the best.
