Saturday, October 22, 2011 - 14.5% alcohol. decanted and followed in the glass for 4 hours. a rare early dip into the CdP 07 vintage and, whoa, this is really good. unquestionably ripe, yet hardly over done and remarkably smooth in the tannin department. a top notch VT that reflects such fine balance that it will be difficult to cellar. highly recommended.
