Friday, November 26, 2010 - Pop & pour (notes from day 2). Lots of oak in this one, with a soft quality that was nice at first, but quickly gets tiresome. Creamy and smooth, flavors of raspberry and cassis rule, with vanilla and oak being prominent in the finish.
