Friday, February 17, 2012 - Burgundy Dinner with Jeanne Marie de Champs (Sepia - Chicago IL): Stone fruit aromas that are also slightly floral. Apple flavors with some candied apple character. Good acidity and minerality. This welll textured wine is still getting better. Probably just entering its peak drinking window around now.
