Saturday, February 17, 2024 - Opened last night and the nose was a little funky to start; some people said baby diaper, but it was Frenchy for sure. Notes of leather soon followed. It became drinkable after an hour and after 3 hours I took it to Italian dinner. It opened up even better and popped with food. Don't wait too much longer so go for it.
