Thursday, January 14, 2010 - Absolutely spectacular. Golden apple delicious with layers of depth and richness. It just got better and better the longer it was out of the bottle. Served with a chicken, garlic and olive dish which brought the best out of the wine. It's a sumptuous chardonnay that sparkles with endless flavor
