Saturday, December 1, 2001 - An easy afternoon with close friends; Bordeaux, Pauillac and Pomerol (@ PdV): Rustic wine. Still young, little oak, very much cassis juice and a good amount of tannin. This wine needs at least 3 – 4 more years before it starts to open up.
