Sunday, January 24, 2021 - On the nose it is buttered with hazelnuts. The curry will arrive during the tasting.

The palate is fat. Beautiful substance, where the butter fights with the curry to gain the upper hand. It is structured with a fine acidity. The wine is ample, almost oily. The finish is of a very beautiful intensity where the minerality emerges with a freshness which gives it a lot of length.

Excellent bottle.
