Saturday, February 25, 2012 - Needs a short turn in the carafe to open up. Then we get some absolutely fabulous pineapple aromas and nicely developed mineral notes. Palatewise this is super-harmonious, with a fresh yet smooth acidity, perky little love-bites in the finish and a long, refreshing, salty mineral aftertaste. So drinkable, pure lip-smacking pleasure - but maybe more fantastic than great, if you see what we mean ;-) "À point" at the moment, no need to wait any longer. Go get your remaining bottles!
