Enjoyed at a brown bag Grenache event recently, it did not show well against some lightweight opposition. Hot alcohol notes surprised me - maybe flawed?? - light vanilla oak and spicy red fruits. Structure is lacking now as the balance has gone but length remains a pleasing highlight.
