There is a soy sauce, Asian spice element that comes around with extended air time and does make for a more charming experience vs. the the very dry, clipped palate and flavors at the moment. Menthol, sage, various cabinet spice and very indicative of "middle age" profile characteristics. The good news is like so many of the '96 persuasion, this does provide, at face value, plenty of refreshment and purity. 91 points potential as this opens up. Save your bottles!!!
