Thursday, October 21, 2021 - Full yellow. Exotic nose of pineapple and red cherry. Substantial weight, quite sweet for this level. Decadent fruit, adequate acidity, and late arriving soil. Rich, open, loosely knit Spätlese. It worked with California/Asian fusion dishes tonight.
