Friday, July 11, 2014 - Filling in w/the Friday Brown Bag Group (Mike & Judi's): Initially very reserved and reticent, this really didn't begin to show much until the second pass through and by the time we got around to discussing it just prior to being unveiled. Black currants and tea, with clay and earth undertones. Thought I detected a subtle dill note too, then mocha and chocolate. Vanilla, chocolate and black fruit on the palate. Medium tannins; nice structure & fruit here. Guessed Napa Cab Sauv.
