Thursday, September 3, 2009 - Empson Shows Their Wines (Conference room): Big, rich, intense nose. This is really tasty stuff. Rich and intense, with minerals and great depth lying beneath all that fruit and structure. This is a fantastic Dolcetto, with layers behind. Not an every day drinker, though. Killer Stuff
