Sunday, March 3, 2024 - Very nice. Some umami alongside the fruit - tomato paste, iron, maybe even seared steak.
Age-developed and complex, but still leads with fresh purple fruit. Balanced, mostly; if it leaned any direction, it would lean towards a bit of ripeness.
