Wednesday, December 23, 2015 - Slow ox for several hours, followed by decanting over few more hours. Beautiful, concentrated nose and impressive finish. Mid-palate is well developed. Relatively ripe on the palate, with aged cherry, leather, and blue fruit notes on the palate. Aging quite nicely and drinks well now; not at its peak yet though.
