Sunday, October 19, 2008 - Opened with some charcoal grilled pizza today after getting my delivery last week. Decanted for about an hour and found it to be drinking very well right now. Beautiful full mouthful of very balanced fruit (black cherry and jammy plum) followed by some spice and a mineral finish that shows it will keep getting better. I am very happy I bought a case, I hope I can save some for a few years to watch this improve.
