Saturday, August 2, 2014 - First taste of Aida Estate. Nose was very earthy and certainly had its terroir written on it. Taste was gripping tannins and mouthful of fruit. This wine evolved over the course of the evening! Have one bottle of this good stuff left and feels it has another five years before this heads south. Recommend waiting to open it.
