Friday, January 3, 2020 - (Disgorged in the late 1980s, 46% Pinot Noir, 5% Meunière and 49% Chardonnay)
Golden yellow colour with a mature nose showing burnt sugar and honey at first. With some time in the glass it opens up with lighter citrus notes, flowers and some bourbon vanilla. Acidic palate with dried fruit on the mid to late and with an intense finish showing mature red apples. Not perfectly stored bottle, but as time goes it opens up in a lovely way!
