Friday, November 10, 2023 - Absolutely clear and clean right out of the bottle, this gained some complexity and depth with air. Mint, eucalyptus, black tea, leather, blueberries, a very good bottle of this wine. I think I should wait with further bottles though, as I think they will improve substantially with another 5 years.
