Saturday, April 26, 2014 - Clear, golden yellow, slightly fading to the rim. Clean nose, buttery, hazelnuts, vanilla, peaches, citrus fruits, very rich. Full palate, still nice acid backbone, long finish. Excellent. Has been a favourite wine ever since 1995 when we drank it on the evening I proposed to my wife, and this 2006 vintage doesn't disappoint. No hurry to drink.
