Friday, August 13, 2021 - From Magnum. Tasted alongside the 08 Coeur de Cuvee. Shockingly, this tasted like the younger wine and was still one of the highlights of the night. Full of verve and energy, sweet apple, soft honey, but loads of ripe lemon also. Fantastic balance on the palate, lovely mousse and fantastic density.
