Saturday, October 23, 2021 - First bottle of a newly delivered 6 pack was corked. Gutted!! 2nd bottle drunk over 2 nights. Golden color with a lovely mousse, on the nose lemon, brioche, some apple but no oxidation. Nice length on the palate and in the zone so enjoy them if you have any.
