Saturday, July 19, 2008 - decanted for 2 hours. Nose is earthy, notes of perfumey-spice and spice box. Medium bodied, it's tannic to the gills at first blush with notes of licorice and currant. Still rather tannic and drying on the back end. Needs a little time.
