2/11/09: Tasty stuff. Great precision. Some saline qualities, lemon fruits, with a layered mouthfeel, that ends with a lingering, satisfying finish. Great with fish, of course, but the glass after dinner went down pretty quickly as well. It's so refreshing, and each sip brings something new to the palate, that it's difficult for me not to drink this rather quickly.
