Friday, January 28, 2011 - A candy bar nose of dark and milk chocolate, cherries, nougat, roasted peanuts, and raspberry coulis. Rich and sappy on the palate, high-toned cranberry along the middle, with an mineral and ash finish. Enjoyable now, but I feel it could probably use at least another year in the cellar.
