Saturday, February 10, 2007 - Dinner with friends at Vin Perdu. This was opened and decanted about an hour and a half before pouring. Started initially with lots of tannins and black coffee notes, but after a few minutes in the glass the black fruit began to shine through. Still needs time in the bottle or a long decant if tasted now. Upside potential.
