Saturday, September 28, 2019 - Classic St. Julien example, spicy lots of cedar, cigar box, thymn, wood well integrated, at its peak but can go strong for another decade, no sign of over the top. Requires decanting, there was not a lot of sediment, airation of 4 hours is necassary to bring out the best, it keeps lingering on....
